Bios:

Ms. Lusher started with Midwest Aerial in 2023 and has over 20 years of management and leadership experience.   Ms. Lusher holds a Business Management degree from the University of Rio Grande.   She has 9 years of experience in banking and banking management.   Ms. Lusher is registered with the State of Ohio in the National Mortgage Licensing System, has experience with SBA Loans, and served on a  PPP loan forgiveness team.   Ms. Lusher brings commercial and consumer financial experience that is valuable to the leadership team at Midwest Aerial Photography.

Ms. Lusher’s experience in the “Live” Event industry has given her well-rounded skills to lead our team to new heights in the industry of aerial photography.   She served as Director of Operations, VP and managed a live event firm in central Ohio for nearly 7 years.   She has experience in administration, HR, finance, basic accounting and bookkeeping, client sales, client development, and team building    Additionally, Ms. Lusher served as Production Manager during events and handled the video components of production for clients.    Her video experience includes BlackMagic ATEM Production Studio and Hyperdeck recording, “live” camera operation, IMAG, and video wall integration.  Ms. Lusher has experience with acquisitions and company mergers, successfully transitioning another production company as they merged.

Ms. Lusher has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing.   She has spear-headed numerous marketing campaigns over the years which have resulted in significant sales growth.   Ms. Lusher has over 10 years of experience with web development, photography, and social media marketing.

Ms. Lusher is pursuing certification as a Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) from the Geographic Information Systems Certification Institute later this year.
