About Us Old

Midwest Aerial Photography is a privately owned small business that focuses exclusively on aerial acquisition of photogrammetric-quality images and photographs. Headquartered in Galloway, Ohio, our firm was established in 1989 by Ken Scruggs, who serves as president and oversees all aspects of business and flight operations.

Although based in the Midwest, we have steadily grown to provide collection services throughout the U.S. and Canada with a fleet of six aircraft, hangar facilities in Ohio, North Carolina and Tennessee, and a company-owned aviation maintenance shop, Central Ohio Aircraft Repair (COAR). Our acquisition capabilities include three Z/I Imaging DMC II digital mapping cameras, four Zeiss RMK TOP film cameras, and tightly coupled NovAtel GPS/IMU units.
